Mental Health First Aider Training

Most of the Amber Family Staff team are Mental Health First Aiders and have already undertaken the two day Mental Health First Aid training.

Monday and Tuesday this week we will be delivering Mental Health First Aid Champion training to the remaining staff members.  We will be hosting this in house and it will be our first face to face training session this year after having to cancel other training due to the current climate.

This training is really important to everyone here at Amber Family and has been requested at many supervision sessions so we are keen to make sure this happens.    Thankfully Simon from So Coach Training will be delivering the course  www.socoach.co.uk/mental-health-champion

To keep safe, everyone will be wearing face masks and be social distanced and it will delivered in our work bubbles.  We wont let a global pandemic stop this training from going ahead!
